Acceptance of Terms

By using SerpDelta, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Description of Service

SerpDelta is a tool that helps you track and visualize your Google Search Console data. We provide:

Connection to Google Search Console via OAuth
Data visualization and change tracking
Alerts for significant changes (Pro plan)

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits

Subscription and Billing

Free accounts have limited tracking capabilities
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

Perform maintenance that temporarily affects access
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

SerpDelta is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

Data accuracy (we display what Google provides)
Business decisions made based on our data
Indirect or consequential damages

Third-Party Services

SerpDelta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Search Console is a trademark of Google LLC. We access your data through Google’s official APIs with your permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
